NAPOLCOM 2019 Online Exam Application System Activated

The National Police Commission has activated its website for the NAPOLCOM 2018 Online Exam Application System. Starting January 28, 2019 (activated 12 n.n.), qualified applicants for the PNP entrance exam can secure a request for a schedule of filing on “first come, first serve” basis.

NAPOLCOM 2018 Online Exam Application System

Applicants in the forthcoming Philippine National Police (PNP) police officer (PO) promotional examinations can file their applications through the on-line system on February 4 (activated at 12 noon onwards) until February 8, 2019. Online application scheduling of senior police officer, inspector, and superintendent exams will be activated at 12 noon starting February 11 until February 15, 2019.

The entrance and promotional exams will be conducted on April 28, 2019.

Acceptance of applications shall be on a ‘first-come, first-served’ basis and, upon due notice, may be stopped even ahead of the deadline.

Under this upgraded system, applicants will be pre-processed using information given on-line — which means walk-in applicants or those applications sent by mail will no longer be entertained.

“Since the April 2018 Napolcom examinations, the Commission has been implementing the enhanced OLEASS which now has features for on-line filling up, submission and printing out of an electronic application form to expedite the processing of exam applications,” Casurao said.

Applicants with confirmed schedule shall be sent an auto-generated email informing them to access the on-link and enter all the required information in the application form. Only applicants with printed confirmation letter and filled-out electronic exam application form shall be entertained at the Napolcom Regional Offices during their scheduled appointment date.

The period of filing of application is from February 18 to March 15, 2019.

The OLEASS allows entrance exam applicants to choose the examination center where they want to take the exam regardless of their place of residence.

But for the promotional exam applicants, the examination center is automatically assigned by the computer system based on the home address or unit/assignment address provided by the police applicants.

The PNP Entrance Examination is open to all Filipino citizens, who are not more than 30 years old and bachelor’s degree holder.

Police Officers 1 (PO1) whose appointments are temporary for lack of appropriate eligibility are also required to take said entrance exam.

On the other hand, the Promotional Examinations are open exclusively to all qualified uniformed members of the PNP who meet the minimum qualification standards for examination in terms of rank and eligibility.

Civilian applicants must bring the following:

(1) Printed letter-reply with corresponding reference number confirming the scheduled appointment;

(2) Printed filled-out application form and index card and two recent, identical and color 1”x1” ID pictures with white background and complete name tag (for PNP members, the name tag should indicate the rank before the name);

(3) One legal size window envelope with PHP20 worth of mailing stamp;

(4) Transcript of scholastic record with Special Order issued by CHED and diploma; and

(5) Birth certificate in security paper issued by the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) or certified true copy of the birth certificate issued by the Local Civil Registrar and duly authenticated by the PSA.

For a PO1 with temporary appointment, a certified true copy of Attested Appointment, Plantilla Appointment or Special Order is also required for submission.

Applicants for the Promotional Examinations should submit the first three requirements mentioned above; certified true copy of Attested Appointment, Plantilla Appointment or PNP Absorption Order; and Report of Rating/Certification issued by the Napolcom Central Office, CSC Certificate of Eligibility and/or PRC Board Certificate.

Examination fee is PHP400 for the PNP Entrance and Police Officer exams; PHP450 for Senior Police Officer; PHP500 for Police Inspector; and PHP600 for Police Superintendent.

    • That means examination center in Davao City can no longer cater online applicants because they already reached their limit. Anyway, you can still choose other locations if you are really determine to take the exam considering it would take too much time and effort to file in the nearest available exam center-Butuan, Cebu or Iloilo. Or if you can wait until next year April 2017 exam and be sure to fill up the online form on the first opening day of online scheduling for you to take the exam in Davao.

      God Bless and Good luck

  1. So far, I don’t have any problems in the online scheduling but I’m only 5 feet tall and as of now I am processing for my height waiver to get my OMA Certficate.

    My schedule for filing the exam (written in my online confirmation) will be on August 15,2016 and I don’t know how long would it take for me to get my OMA Certificate. My only concern is that, what if I can’t file on time on August 15,2016? Will it be forfeited?

    And what if I filled after August 15 but not later than September 9? Is it still ok?

    Its Sunday today, can’t ask Davao Napolcom office. I am just very eager to know the answer to my question. Does anyone of you guys know about this?

    Good luck to us!!

  2. ano ba to, lokohan? kahapon pa ako alas 10 tapos wala pa akong tulog hanggang ngayun kaka access tapos nang maka access na ako “waitlist” bumungad sa akin? ako nasa waitlist agad e di nga ma access site niyo? ano na naman bang mudos to?!!
