Are the citizens in favor or not?

NCR citizens differ in opinion on the said issue.

When asked whether or not he is in favor of the ECQ extension, a John Baylosis said:

(Translation: It’s supposedly alright if everyone receives help. Here in Mandaluyong, we don’t receive help because they only select who will receive. In the upcoming second wave, we still don’t receive anything, even a single peso. Then they are thinking of extending the ECQ?)
