If you’re looking for your precinct for the 2019 National and Local Elections, then you’ve come to the right place. Info on how to access the Precinct Finder is available here.

The 2019 National and Local Elections is scheduled to be held on 13 May 2019. Casting of votes on Election Day is from 7:00 o’clock a.m. to 3:00 o’clock p.m., but other precincts may extend the elections until 7 p.m. or 8 p.m.

Just follow the following steps to get your precinct successfully.

Note that the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) states that the PRECINCT FINDER already uses the latest voter database for the forthcoming 2019 National and Local Elections, as submitted by the local COMELEC offices nationwide.

Step 2. Provide your names (FIRST/MIDDLE/LAST) and date of birth (MONTH/DAY/YEAR) on the form, then click “Search”.

Precinct Finder Tips

Tips in using Precinct Finder and ID-Printing Status Verifier:

  1. Fill in all NAME fields completely as you’ve indicated in your Application Form for registration.
  2. Do not type just your MIDDLE INITIAL if you wrote your complete MIDDLE NAME during registration.
  3. In case encoding errors may have been committed by your local COMELEC office:
    1. If your name contains a JR, SR, II, III, IV, etc., try several variations of typing your name, as follows:
      1. in the FIRST NAME field after your first name, such as JUAN JR.
      2. in the LAST NAME field after your last name, such as DELA CRUZ JR.
      3. with a period, such as JR.
      4. without a period, such as JR
      5. with a comma and period, Such as JUAN, JR. or JUAN JR.,
      6. with two (or three) spaces in between, such as JUAN JR. or JUAN JR.
      7. a combination of the above-mentioned variations.
    2. If your name contains MA. or MARIA, try both variations in the FIRST NAME field.
    3. In cases of Illegitimate child without middlename, please put a dot “.” or a hyphen “” as substitute for the middlename.

2019 National and Local Elections

As mandated by RA 7166 (in Section 2), which was approved into law in 26 November 1995, the next synchronized National and Local Elections (NLE) will happen on the second Monday of May, the 13th, in the year 2019.

Due to RA 10153, which was approved into law in 30 June 2011, the ARMM elections was also synchronized with the 2019 NLE.

Pursuant to RA 9369, the May 2019 NLE will again be fully automated, as it was with the May 2010 NLE, 2013 NLE and with the May 2016 NLE, from:

  1. the counting of votes in the precincts;
  2. the consolidation of the precinct results;
  3. the transmission of precinct results to the corresponding city/municipality canvassing board;
  4. the canvassing of precinct results in the district, city, municipal levels;
  5. the proclamation of winning candidates in the district, city, municipal levels;
  6. the transmission of the district, city, municipal canvassing results to the provincial canvassing board, and of the highly urbanized city results to the national canvassing board;
  7. the canvassing of city/municipal results in the provincial level;
  8. the proclamation of winning candidates in the provincial level;
  9. the transmission of the highly urbanized city and provincial results to the national canvassing board; and
  10. the canvassing of provincial and highly urbanized city results, including overseas results, in the national level.
