Statwe weather bureau in its 24-hour public weather forecast issued at 4:00 AM Friday, 19 July 2019, Southwest Monsoon is affecting Luzon.
Ilocos Region, Batanes, Babuyan Group of Islands, Zambales, and Bataan will be expecting to experience Monsoon rains caused by Southwest Monsoon. Residents are advised of possible flash floods or landslides due to light to moderate to at times heavy rains in these areas.
Meanwhile, Metro Manila, Cordillera Administrative Region, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, and the rest of Central Luzon and Cagayan Valley will be experiencing cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms caused by Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered light to moderate rains are also expected in these areas.
The rest of the country will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers with localized thunderstorms with possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.
