#WalangPasok_Class suspensions for December 3, 2019 due to Tisoy

Local government units have announced class suspensions for December 3, 2019, due to the inclement weather brought by Typhoon Tisoy (International name Kammuri). (READ: #WalangPasok: Class, Work Suspensions on December 2-7, 2019)

State weather bureau in an advisory said #TisoyPH is forecast to make landfall over Catanduanes, Albay or Sorsogon between Monday night and early Tuesday morning and these the areas of Bicol, Samar provinces and Biliran would experience occasional rains.

Because of the bad weather that will be experienced on Tuesday and Wednesday, some LGUs suspend the classes.
