Monsoon rains are expected to prevail in Metro Manila, CALABARZON, MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Zamboanga Peninsula, SOCCSKSARGEN, Northern Mindanao, BARMM, Visayas and the provinces of Bataan and Zambales on Monday, July 29, 2019, the Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) said.
Pagasa said that the weather condition is caused by the southwest monsoon.
Possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered light to moderate to at times heavy rains.
The rest of Mindanao and of Central Luzon will be cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers and thunderstorms.
Flash floods and landslides are possible, state weather bureau warned.
Meanwhile, northern Luzon will be partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers.
